THE ORIGIN

Nothing on the market handled the whole job.

Milkshake OS was not imagined in a conference room by a software team studying the event industry. It was built by an event producer with 25 years and more than 200 events on the show floor — someone who ran shows on the same duct-tape stack every producer knows: exhibitor spreadsheets, PDF floor plans, a separate e-sign tool, email threads for volunteers, and a different platform for ticketing.

Every feature exists because it was needed on a real show floor, with real exhibitors, real volunteers, and real revenue on the line. Contract workflows exist because contracts stalled. Incident dispatch exists because things happen on show days. The volunteer scheduler exists because someone had to fill 6 a.m. shifts.

Today Milkshake OS powers the HIKE Expo Tour — a national touring consumer expo. HIKE Expo Colorado ran on it in May 2026. HIKE Expo North Carolina runs on it this September. When you use Milkshake, you're using the same platform its founder bets her own shows on.

HOW WE BUILD

Four rules the product is built on.

1

Every feature earns its place on a show floor.

If it hasn't been needed at a real event, it doesn't ship. No demo-ware, no checkbox features.

2

AI does the work. You keep command.

Agents draft, schedule, and follow up — and every action lands in an approval inbox with a full audit trail. Anything touching money always requires a human click.

3

Safety is hardcoded, not configurable.

Medical and fire incidents are always treated as critical. No algorithm, setting, or automation can downgrade them.

4

Published pricing. No games.

Every feature at every tier, prices on the website, and we never take a percentage of your booth or ticket sales.

WHAT IT MEANS FOR YOU

You're not a ticket in a vendor's backlog.

When you join Milkshake OS, you're working with the producer who runs her own shows on it. Feature gaps get felt personally. Show-day failures are unacceptable because show days are personal. And when an exhibitor has a question, it doesn't disappear into an inbox — it enters a structured support queue, gets triaged, assigned, and resolved with a full audit trail. That's how we run our shows, and it's how the platform treats yours.
