A redesigned workspace and new show-day hubs

More than 70 screens rebuilt around one calm, focused layout, plus new hubs for imports, leads, and on-site logistics.

Redesign

  • Dashboard, Finances, Contracts, Sales Board, Compliance, Exhibitors, Partners, Speakers, Attendees, Tickets, Agenda, War Room, and more share one clean layout.
  • All five portals (Exhibitor, Speaker, Partner, Media Row, and Unified) restyled to match.
  • Organization settings rebuilt: Branding, Email & Domains, Custom Domains, Modules & AI, Payment Settings, Plan & Billing.

New

  • Imports hub: one place for every import, with clear steps from upload to results.
  • Leads board with status chips, a “Mine” filter, quick assign, and convert. Every change is logged.
  • Logistics Message Board with show-day mode, owners, due dates, and resolve/reopen.
  • Notification Preferences now control bell alerts, push, and email.
  • Pending Payments for managers, once an admin grants access.
  • Booth extras ordering deadlines enforced, with optional daily reminders.

Show day

  • Check-In rebuilt with Desk and Operations views, kiosk mode, and a badge print queue.
  • Recent Activity is now live, newest first.
  • Audit Trail and Login Report added to the sidebar with filters and CSV export.

Help

  • All 131 help articles reviewed, 12 new guides added, and the Getting Started tutorial updated to match the new screens.
