Does Producer really include unlimited events?
Yes. Producer is the annual plan for producers running more than one event, and it includes unlimited events.
Do you take a percentage of booth sales or ticket sales?
No. We don't take a percentage of your booth sales or your ticket sales. Ever. Flat subscription pricing only — your revenue is yours.
Can I try the platform on one event before subscribing?
That's exactly what Single Show is for: $2,500, one event, the full platform. And if you upgrade to Producer within 12 months, your full $2,500 is credited toward your first year.
What happens to my data between events?
On any subscription plan, your domain, branding, portals, and data stay live year-round. The platform is your infrastructure 365 days a year, not just show week.
Do payment processing fees apply?
Standard Stripe or Square processing fees apply to payments you collect from exhibitors and attendees — those go to the processor, not to us. We add nothing on top and never touch a percentage of your revenue.
Does the founding rate apply to White-Label?
The founding rate locks Producer at $5,000/year for life. Founding accounts can add full white-label for $2,500/year on top — $7,500/year total, locked.
What does onboarding cost?
Nothing. Onboarding is included at every tier — no implementation fees, no setup packages, no professional-services quotes.
