Case Study
The first show: Hike Expo Colorado.
Before Milkshake OS had a name, it had a job: run the founder's own show.
Celeste Miranda had produced 200+ events over 25 years. Hike Expo Colorado was a new one — a consumer hiking expo, first edition, new market, built from zero. She ran it on the software she'd built for herself. That software became Milkshake OS.

What it proved
May proved the product works. September proves the platform: Hike Expo North Carolina (September 11–13, NC State Fairgrounds, Raleigh) runs on the productized, multi-tenant Milkshake OS — the same system now open to other producers.
The platform you can walk today in the live demo is the descendant of the system that ran this show — hardened, white-labeled, and rebuilt so any producer can run their floor the same way.
