THE PLATFORM

Fill the show.

Registration, ticketing, the attendee experience, and the agenda that brings people through the door.

WHY THIS PLATFORM

Installable App — No App Store

One tap to home screen. No download, no review queue, no version-lag.

Every attendee gets a mobile experience the moment they register — their pass, the schedule, the exhibitor directory, the floor map, and event info, in your brand. One tap adds it to their home screen like any other app. Updates ship the moment you make them; there is no waiting on Apple or Google to approve a fix on show week.

Most event platforms either ship you into a shared branded-container app or want a six-week app-store submission cycle.

Exhibitor Passport

The game that moves foot traffic is the data that proves ROI.

Attendees collect stamps by visiting exhibitors and completing challenges you define, redeemable for prizes at the end. Every stamp is a scan the exhibitor gets credit for — so the same mechanic that pulls attendees deep into the show floor produces the scan data the exhibitor's boss needs to approve next year's booth.

Most passport / gamification tools live in a separate app and never talk to the exhibitor's lead retrieval or ROI report.

EVERYTHING ELSE ATTENDEES TOUCH

Registration & Tickets

5 features

Free general admission, paid VIP, early-bird windows, day passes — build whatever tier structure your show needs, each with its own inclusions, pricing, and capacity. VIP upgrades can be offered to existing registrants with one campaign.

One person registers the whole crew — a family, a club, a corporate group — in a single checkout, up to twenty tickets. Every attendee still gets their own badge, their own QR code, and their own check-in.

Ticket sales run through Stripe checkout on your own account — cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay. Promo codes with limits, expiration dates, and tracking, so you know exactly which partner or campaign sold which tickets.

When a tier sells out, the waitlist takes over. As space opens, the AI drafts the offer to the next candidate and puts it in your approval queue — money-touching actions always get a human yes. That's a design rule, not a limitation: nobody gets an accidental invoice, and every offer that goes out is one you meant to send. The registration widget embeds on any website, so partners and media can sell your tickets from their own pages.

Already sold tickets on Eventbrite? Import them with automatic deduplication — no double badges, no attendee registered twice. Switching platforms mid-season doesn't mean starting over.

Attendees

7 features

Every attendee gets a mobile experience the moment they register — their pass, the schedule, the exhibitor directory, the floor map, and event info, in your brand. One tap adds it to their home screen like any other app. No download, no app-store review, no version-lag.

Speakers run polls and take questions from the room in real time through the attendee app. Answers surface on the session page, feed into session feedback, and give quieter attendees a way to participate that raising a hand never did.

A place for attendees to talk to each other before, during, and after the show — introductions, meet-ups, questions, deal-making. Moderated, tied to real registrations, and connected to the exhibitors and sessions people are already talking about.

Attendees collect stamps by visiting exhibitors and completing challenges you define, redeemable for prizes at the end. Every stamp is a scan the exhibitor gets credit for — so the game that moves foot traffic is the same data that proves ROI to the exhibitor's boss.

Attendees favorite the sessions and exhibitors they care about and build a personal agenda for their day. You see what's being favorited in aggregate — demand data before the doors open.

Scan the QR code, badge prints, attendee walks in — seconds per person, across as many check-in stations as your entrance needs. Check-in pace feeds the show-day command center live, so you know your gate numbers in real time. Check-in by name keeps working when badge scanning can't — and the platform tells your gate staff exactly what mode they're in.

Waivers are signed digitally at registration — enforceable, attached to the attendee record, never a clipboard. After the show, surveys go out automatically and results land in your debrief, so what attendees actually said shapes next year.

Speakers & Agenda

6 features

Every speaker in one record: bio, headshot, sessions, travel notes, agreement, and status. Speakers manage their own materials through their portal, and their public listing updates itself — no chasing headshots by email in the final week.

Your full program — sessions, stages, times, speakers — live on your site and in the attendee app, always in sync. Change a room or a time once, and it's changed everywhere, including on the digital signage.

The platform scores which sessions are building momentum so you can promote the ones that need it — with admin override when you know something the data doesn't.

Attendees rate sessions right in the app while the experience is fresh. Scores flow into the post-event debrief — so next year's agenda is built on evidence, and your best speakers have the numbers that justify inviting them back.

Sessions carry CE credit-hour values, published on the agenda — so professionals attending for continuing education can see, session by session, what each one is worth.

Your attendee-facing event website is published straight from your event data — schedule, exhibitor directory, speakers, tickets — branded, on your domain, and always in sync with the platform. Update a session time once and the website, the app, and the signage all agree. No separate website builder, no double entry, no webmaster.
